You plan four golf days in Mallorca and want a TaylorMade set on the island. The clubs wait at your hotel. After your last round you hand them back directly at the golf club. At Rent2Play.Golf you agree both handover points in advance. If hotel and golf club are both in Zone B, the different pickup place costs nothing extra.
This example booking shows you how to match rental period, equipment and handovers. It also explains why a group with two different start dates needs two bookings and why you should know what Golf Protect covers before you book. The price table in the middle is an example calculation for four rental days.

This is an example booking, not a real customer booking. No specific hotel, golf club or availability is promised. Both addresses must be in Zone B when you book.
How to plan your four rental days in April
In our example you rent from 15 to 18 April. The first rental day is 15 April, the last is 18 April. That makes four consecutive calendar days. You agree the exact handover times to fit your tee times and travel plans.
Keep three things apart: your arrival on Mallorca, the moment you need the clubs and your first booked round. They do not have to fall on the same day. If you arrive the evening before but play the next morning, the booking should still show the period you actually agreed. For morning tee times we usually deliver the evening before. Ask us explicitly if you want an earlier delivery.
Plan in this order: fix travel and hotel, agree your playing days, then choose the equipment for the period you need. Leave enough time between handover and your first tee time. A schedule that only works with a punctual landing leaves no room for changes.
Choose your TaylorMade set
Our example uses the TaylorMade Qi4D, the flagship model in the rental range. You get the Qi4D Graphite (men, right-handed) or the steel version in regular flex or stiff flex. The rental price is the same for graphite and steel. Left-handed? Our page for left-handed golfers shows what is available.
The graphite set has 13 clubs: Qi4D driver, #3 and #5 fairway woods, Qi4D rescue, Qi Max irons 5 to PW, sand wedge, 60 degree lob wedge and a Spider putter. More on the model on our TaylorMade Qi4D page.
Play steel at home? Then switch to graphite only on purpose. Graphite is lighter and gives more swing speed with less vibration. If you need a special length or have strong preferences, tell us before you reserve. Treat a special request as part of your plan only after we confirm it.
With several players, a short list helps: one line per person with playing hand, shaft type and rental period. It prevents mix-ups between similar bags and serves as your final completeness check.
Delivery to your hotel, pickup at the golf club in Zone B
The key point of this example is the change of place. You receive your set at the hotel and hand it back at the golf club after your last round. If both places are in Zone B, this change costs nothing extra. The rule applies to this combination within one zone. It is not a price promise for further trips. Combining different zones needs a separate agreement.
Zone B costs €33 for delivery and collection, see our FAQ. Delivery and collection are not part of the rental price.
Give us the full hotel name and address. For the pickup we need the exact name of the golf club. "At the last course" is too vague, especially for groups: players change rounds or finish at another club.
Agree a concrete handover point as well. A club can have several entrances, a car park and separate areas for reception and caddie master. Make sure everyone means the same place.
Your last playing day changes? Tell us early with your booking number, preferred pickup place and a contact person. Until we confirm the change, the original arrangement applies.
What do four days of TaylorMade hire cost? An example calculation
This is an example calculation. It shows how the total price is built: rental price, Golf Protect and delivery with collection. Prices are as of November 2026. The booking system shows the exact amount for your dates.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| TaylorMade Qi4D, 4 rental days (15 to 18 April), graphite or steel | €98.00 |
| Golf Protect, €2.00 per day x 4 days (added automatically to the booking) | €8.00 |
| Delivery and collection, Zone B | €33.00 |
| Different pickup place within Zone B | €0.00 |
| Example total | €139.00 |
Optional extras are not included: for example 12 TaylorMade Distance+ balls for €28 or 12 SpeedSoft balls for €30.
All prices include 21% Spanish VAT (IVA). Compare offers for the same service: a pure club rental is not the same as a price with two handovers and protection. For groups, do not derive a per-person delivery fee from this single example.

Golf Protect: what it covers
Golf Protect costs €2 per day. The booking system adds it automatically. It covers breakage and damage to the clubs, except intentional damage. For four days that is €8. Loss and theft are not a free pass: the rental terms apply.
A broken shaft, a damaged head and a missing club are three different cases. Do not assume every damage is free of charge.
How to handle the rental clubs
Check the equipment at takeover against the confirmed set. If you notice anything, take a photo right away. A picture with the visible spot describes a condition better than a later memory.
After every round, check that all clubs are back in the bag. A wedge is easily left behind near the green. A fixed check before you leave the club costs little time and saves a long search.
If a club breaks, keep all parts, especially the head. Document the damage and ask how to proceed. Do not repair damaged equipment yourself.
Before the final handover, check bag, clubs and headcovers for completeness. Take your personal items out. Note to whom and where you handed over the set.
Groups with two arrival days: two bookings
If part of your group arrives earlier and needs clubs earlier, you create two separate bookings. The split follows the different start dates and delivery dates.
Example: four players need their sets from 15 to 18 April. Two more players arrive later and need theirs from 17 to 20 April. Both subgroups rent four days, but not the same four days.
| Booking | Players and sets | Rental period |
|---|---|---|
| Booking 1 | Four sets, first subgroup | 15 to 18 April |
| Booking 2 | Two sets, second subgroup | 17 to 20 April |
Complete the first booking and check its data. Then create the second one with the later start date. Each booking has its own delivery and collection details, so two bookings do not automatically share one delivery fee. The group total is the sum of both confirmed amounts.
From 6 sets we treat your request as a group booking. Email booking@rent2play.golf with your player count and ask for a personal offer including group discounts.
Your checklist before you book
- Names of all players and the set each one needs
- Exact rental dates for every booking
- Full hotel address and exact name of the golf club for pickup
- A reachable contact person for each delivery
- Your last round fits the planned pickup time
Read the booking summary completely before you pay. Do number, set type and dates match? Is the right delivery address stored? Is the different pickup place confirmed? Does the final amount match your choice? With two bookings, check each one on its own. Flying home straight from the course? Plan that handover from the start.
Frequently asked questions about a four-day club rental
Do I have to return the set every evening?
No. Plan this example as one continuous four-day rental with one delivery and one final collection. Daily returns or extra deliveries are not part of it and need a separate agreement.
Do four rounds of golf automatically mean four rental days?
No. The agreed period counts, not the number of rounds. If a rest day falls between your rounds and you keep the clubs, the booking must include that period.
May I choose a different golf club as the pickup place?
Yes, you agree a different pickup place with us. If delivery and pickup both stay within Zone B, the change itself costs nothing extra. Place and time must be confirmed.
Can the second subgroup simply be delivered later from the same order?
No. For different start dates and delivery dates you create two bookings. A remark in the first order does not replace this.
Does Golf Protect cover lost clubs?
Golf Protect covers breakage and damage. For loss and theft the rental terms apply. Do not plan on a free replacement.
Is €139 the final price for every four-day rental?
No. It is an example calculation for four rental days with Zone B delivery and Golf Protect, including 21% VAT. Your exact price appears in the booking system for your dates.
