What are the advantages of booking online?
By booking online, you can be sure to find the clubs and accessories you have chosen at your golf destination.You will travel lighter and with a calmer mind, without having to worry about delivery delays, breakage or theft of your own sticks and without incurring excess baggage charged by airlines or taxis. It is much more convenient and simple to travel.
Can I change my booking?
Once your booking with Rent2Play.Golf has been confirmed and your credit card payment accepted, it is considered final.
If you wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible with the details of your request. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs, depending on stock availability and the time remaining before your arrival.
If your request falls within the allowed modification period, you can also log in to your booking via our website and make the desired adjustments yourself.
We’re committed to doing everything we can to ensure your Golf Mallorca experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. That said, we kindly ask for your understanding if certain golf sets are already booked by other players – especially during peak times on the most popular Mallorca Golf courses.
Can I cancel my booking?
A booking confirmed by Rent2Play.Golf can be changed under the following conditions:
- More than 10 days before your booking start we will refund 100%.
- 10 days or less before your booking start 50% will be refunded.
- And less than 2 days before the booking start we can't offer you unfortunately any refund.
What happens if I arrive late or if I want to extend my stay?
Please contact us as early as possible if your travel dates change!
This allows us to adjust your booking and match your needs with the best available equipment from our current inventory.
We always do our utmost to accommodate your requests. If, in rare cases, it’s not possible, we kindly ask for your understanding – but rest assured: we’ll do everything we can to find a solution that works for you.
When will I receive my booking confirmation email?
As soon as your credit card payment or any other chosen payment method is successfully processed, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation. This email serves as official confirmation that your reservation has been accepted.
We’ll send you additional information before your rental begins. In the meantime, feel free to contact us at any time – we’re here to help.
For the fastest response, you can also reach us via WhatsApp. We’re always happy to assist!
Where can I return my golf bag at the end of my stay?
Before you head to the airport for your return flight, please make sure to drop off your golf set at the location agreed upon during your booking.
If your plans change, just send us an email – or even better, a quick WhatsApp message – and we’ll do our best to adjust the pickup accordingly.

How can I make a reservation for a group?
Planning a group golf trip to the island?
For 6 or more sets, your request is considered a group booking.
If you're unable to book directly online, simply send us an email at booking@rent2play.golf to request a personalized offer. We’ll respond as quickly as possible and work out the best solution for your group.
Sometimes bookings may have different time slots – especially when you're exploring multiple Mallorca golf courses. Don't worry, we're here to help coordinate your rental so you can fully enjoy your Golf Mallorca experience with friends, hassle-free.
Can I book the set directly via the website?
Yes, you can book your favourite sets conveniently via our website www.rent2play.golf. The booking process is quick, secure and uncomplicated.
Can I reserve several sets at the same time?
Of course! You can easily book several sets at the same time. Just let us know how many sets you need when you book and we'll take care of everything else.
What should I do if delivery is not possible on my preferred date?
If your preferred date is not available, this is usually due to our availability. Please simply choose an alternative date or write to us directly - together we will surely find a suitable solution.
BILLING
What payment options do I have?
We aim to make the process as easy and convenient as possible for you. You can choose between:
- Online payment via secure bank payment link
- Credit card payment during booking
- Cash payment on delivery, if you prefer a more personal option
As you can see, we’re extremely flexible – always with the comfort of our Mallorca golf guests in mind.
Can I get an invoice for my booking?
Of course, once you have completed your booking and returned the golf set, you will receive an invoice for the service in your mailbox.
When will my credit card be charged for the booking?
The charge is made automatically when your booking is confirmed by our system.
When will I receive my invoice?
After completing your booking, you will automatically receive the invoice by e-mail. If you need a specific billing address, please let us know in advance or, even better, enter it in the system or in your profile.
How are refunds made in the event of cancellation?
If you cancel your booking, we will of course take care of a refund. Please understand that the chargeback may take a few working days, depending on the bank.
Is a billing address necessary?
Yes, we need a billing address for a proper invoice. You can enter this conveniently during the booking process or let us know separately.

How many sticks are in each set?
Rent2Play.Golf will provide you with a golf bag and between 10 and 12 clubs. All sets include a driver, fairway woods, rescue club, irons, putter and bag.

Can I buy the set of clubs I have rented?
Yes, of course, as long as you send us an email via contact of our website. We will inform you as soon as possible about the procedures and the best price offered to buy the rented clubs.
Can the sets be customised?
Our sets are not freely configurable, but don't worry - they all contain the most important clubs, including the popular 7 and 9 irons. You get a well-balanced, high-quality set with which you are optimally equipped.
Are there left-handed sets?
Yes, we also have left-handed sets in our range. Please state that you are left-handed when you make your booking so that we can provide the right set for you.
Which brands are offered?
We offer you top brands such as Callaway and TaylorMade - two of the most popular manufacturers in golf. So you play with high-quality, well-maintained equipment that ensures the best playing experience.
Are the rackets suitable for certain body sizes?
Our sets are put together in such a way that they are suitable for most body sizes. If you have special requirements (e.g. very tall or very short), please write to us - we will find the right solution for you.

Can we rent golf clubs during our stay in Mallorca?
Yes, we offer golf club hire in Mallorca. In Mallorca we can offer you both basic and upgraded clubs.
Where are the sticks delivered and collected?
Convenient Delivery – One of Our Key Advantages for You
At Rent2Play.Golf, we’re committed to making your Golf Mallorca experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. That’s why we offer flexible delivery options — straight to your hotel, accommodation, golf course, yacht, or even to Palma Airport.
To ensure efficient service across the island, we’ve divided Mallorca into three delivery zones – A, B, and C – based on the postal code or your hotel location.
A small delivery fee applies depending on the zone, simply to cover transport costs.
If your tee time is in the morning, we usually deliver your clubs the evening before. Otherwise, we make sure everything arrives well in advance of your round. And once you're done, we’ll pick up the clubs again — either from your hotel or directly from the golf course, whichever works best for you.
Our goal: effortless logistics, so you can focus fully on enjoying the best golf courses Mallorca has to offer.
Are sets suitable for left-handed and women golfers?
Yes, of course – we’ve got you covered!
We offer premium golf clubs from Callaway and TaylorMade right here on the most beautiful island in the world. Thanks to our local presence on Mallorca, we can often provide you with a set on short notice – depending on availability.
Just let us know a little in advance, and we’ll do everything we can to support your Golf Mallorca plans smoothly and reliably.
Can I reserve several sets at the same time?

Is delivery and collection included in the price?
Yes, if you specify the hotel in the booking process, delivery and collection are included in the price. We bring the rackets directly to your hotel and pick them up again - it couldn't be more convenient.
How do I return the set?
Returning the set is very easy: simply hand it in at the reception of your hotel. We will pick it up there at the agreed time - you don't have to worry about anything.
How long can I hire the clubs for?
You can hire the clubs for as long as you like - whether for a weekend or several weeks. Simply state your desired duration when booking and we will adjust everything accordingly.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
What happens if the rental club set is damaged, lost or stolen while in my possession?
Each customer is responsible for the golf equipment during the rental period. Rent2Play.Golf will charge your payment card for the replacement cost of any item that is not returned. Damaged equipment will be assessed and charged to your payment card.
Can I protect myself against loss or damage to the clubs?

Yes, absolutely. For just €2 per set per rental, you can add optional protection that covers breakage and damage to the clubs.
If a club is lost or stolen, a small excess fee will apply.
You can select this cover easily during the booking process.
Our goal is simple: to give you peace of mind, so you can fully enjoy your time on the green without worrying about potential damage.
What happens if I don't return the clubs on time?
Late Return Policy – Please Note
If the rented equipment is not returned on the agreed date, we reserve the right to charge additional fees to your credit card, in line with the terms and conditions accepted during the booking process.

That being said – and we're proud of it – this situation has never occurred. Our guests, just like you, value their experience on the island and treat the equipment with care. We’re confident you'll do the same as you enjoy your time on the best golf courses Mallorca has to offer.

What happens in the event of loss or theft?
If a racket is lost or stolen, please inform us immediately. In such cases a fee may be charged according to our terms of use. However, we will try to find a solution. Most of the time the golf club will be found again.
What to do if the bat is damaged?
If a racket has been damaged, please contact us immediately - preferably with a photo of the damage. We will take care of replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
ON THE GOLF COURSE
Can we walk or do we have to take a buggy?
Generally you will have the option. However, be aware that it can get very hot in Mallorca and for many, walking during the hottest months is not an option. There are many special offers including shared buggies. Walking is not recommended in July and August as it can get very hot. We are always on hand to advise you on the best buggy or walking courses.
Will I need a handicap certificate?
Although all golf courses are technically required to request an official handicap certificate, most courses in Mallorca do not enforce this rule strictly.
However, please note that we cannot guarantee this, as it ultimately depends on the individual club's policy on the day of your booking.
So if you want to be on the safe side – better to bring it along. It’s always good to be prepared, especially when playing at some of the best golf courses Mallorca has to offer.
Do I have to bring the clubs to the golf course myself?
We deliver the sets directly to your hotel. You take care of the transport to the golf course yourself - so you have maximum flexibility and can organise your golf day exactly as you wish. If you would like delivery to the golf course, you can also specify this. In this case we will of course take this into account.
Is there a recommendation for golf courses in the neighbourhood?
Yes, on our website you will find many recommendations for beautiful golf courses on Mallorca. We are also happy to give you personal tips - just write to us.

What months are considered low season for golf in Mallorca?
The months of December, January, July, and August are generally considered low season in Mallorca. This means you can often find great deals and more availability during these quieter periods.
Many courses also offer a mid-season, typically in February, May, and September, with moderate pricing and excellent course conditions.
That said, even during the low season, with a well-timed tee slot, you can enjoy a peaceful and beautiful day on the green – sometimes even more relaxing than during high season.
So for us, low season golf in Mallorca is actually one of the most attractive times to play… but of course, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Can I play golf in Mallorca all year round?
Absolutely! With its mild Mediterranean climate, Mallorca is a year-round golf destination. Even in winter, you can enjoy pleasant temperatures and relax on the fairways.
Which months are particularly popular for golfing?
The most popular months for golfing in Mallorca are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). The weather is pleasantly warm and the courses are in top condition.

Which are the hottest months in Mallorca and which are best avoided?
Playing Golf in Mallorca During July & August
Many golfers choose to avoid July and August in Mallorca, as temperatures can often rise above 35ºC. However, if you're visiting during these summer months, there’s still a great way to enjoy your round:
We strongly recommend teeing off in the early morning or late afternoon, when it’s cooler and the sun is less intense.
To be honest, the morning hours in Mallorca are simply beautiful – peaceful, quiet, and perfect for golf… if you're willing to rise a little earlier 😉.
So yes, Golf Mallorca is still a joy in summer – just plan your tee time wisely, and you’ll experience the island from its most serene side.
What type of clothing should I wear?
There are not too many strict rules regarding the dress code for playing golf in Spain.All shirts must have a collar, so no T-shirts. Trainers are not allowed and soft spiked golf shoes must be worn. Tailored shorts are acceptable for both men and women.In most cases, you will have nothing to worry about, as long as you are sensible and look smart.
